Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the scheme, candidates must:

  • Be permanent residents of India, aged between 21 and 24.
  • Have completed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Possess a certificate from an ITI, diploma from a Polytechnic Institute, or a graduation degree (e.g., BA, B.Sc., B.Com., BCA, BBA, B.Pharma).
  • Not be employed full-time or enrolled as a full-time student.
  • Have a family income below ₹8 lakh annually.

  • Families with government-employed members.
  • Graduates from IITs, ILMs, National Law Universities, and similar institutions.
  • Professionals with qualifications like CA, CMA, CS, MBA, or higher degrees.
  • Candidates already enrolled in government-sponsored training schemes.

  • Monthly stipend: ₹5,000 for 12 months.
