1. Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM)
- No. of posts: 181
- Pay Scale: ₹14,000 – ₹70,000/-; Grade Pay: ₹6,200/-
- Educational Qualification: ANM Training passed from an Assam Government Institution or Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and Assam Nursing Council. Must be registered under the Assam Nursing Council and have Employment Exchange registration in Assam.
2. Staff Nurse
- No. of posts: 446
- Pay Scale: ₹14,000 – ₹70,000/-; Grade Pay: ₹6,800/-
- Educational Qualification: GNM Diploma or B.Sc (Nursing) Degree from an Institute/Nursing College recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Must be registered under the Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ & Health Visitors Council and have Employment Exchange registration in Assam.
3. Staff Nurse (Critical Care)
- No. of posts: 292
- Pay Scale: ₹14,000 – ₹70,000/-; Grade Pay: ₹6,800/-
- Educational Qualification:
a) GNM Diploma or B.Sc (Nursing) Degree (or higher) from an Institute/Nursing College recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Must be registered under the Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ & Health Visitors Council and have Employment Exchange registration in Assam.
b) Must have at least one year of experience working in an ICU (Intensive Care Unit).

- Age Relaxation:
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
- ST/SC: 5 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must possess a valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate for the State of Assam.
